Refunds and returns
We strive to provide the best quality of our goods; however, damage may happen during shipping. In such cases, we will offer a new version of the product you ordered at no additional cost.
Due to scams and the unpredictability of an online business, we do not offer refunds. However, we care about your wallet and opinion, strive to provide the best possible outcome for you, offering trade services to get a product you can be happy with.​
Trade services
In place for a refund, we provide trade services. This includes contacting us to inquire about getting another product in place of the one you are not satisfied with.
Using similar measurements and prices of the product you previously ordered, we will discuss what other products are more to your taste. Once the new product is decided on, we will ship the replacement with no extra charge. This package will also include a separate package inside to return the product you are trading, which you will send back to us.
TimeFrame for returns
To return a damaged product, please contact us within a business week. Any time further will be invalid for a new version of your product. Trade services can be done within one month of receiving your product.
